PI Prop Intelligence (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sports information, analytics, projections, tracking, and community tools. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, account role, subscription status, saved props and slips, chat activity, notification subscription identifiers, support communications, and technical usage information needed to operate and secure the service. Apple users may choose Hide My Email when using Sign in with Apple.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide personalized research tools, synchronize account data, process and verify subscriptions, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, and improve product reliability and model performance.

Service providers

We use contracted providers for authentication and storage, sports data, payments and subscriptions, application hosting, analytics, abuse prevention, and notifications. Each provider processes only the information needed to provide its service and is governed by its own privacy terms.

Sharing and sales

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You may disable notifications in device settings, manage subscriptions through the platform used to purchase, and permanently delete your account and eligible associated data from Account → Delete Account. To request deletion without installing the app, visit our account and data deletion page for browser instructions and an email request option. You may contact us to request access or correction. Rights may vary based on your location.

Children and responsible use

The service is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age required by the applicable store, law, and service terms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
