Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to PI Prop Intelligence, a sports-research, analytics, projection, tracking, and community service.

Subscriptions and billing

Available auto-renewing subscriptions include Core Monthly and Annual, Pro Monthly and Annual, and Founding Pro Monthly and Annual. Founding Pro is limited to the first 100 members. Your store shows the applicable localized price, taxes, and any introductory offer for which you are eligible before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or other applicable platform account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront.

Cancellation and access

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Deleting your PI Prop Intelligence account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the platform through which the subscription was purchased and are subject to that platform’s rules and applicable law.

Informational service

Predictions and projections are estimates, not guarantees. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, or gambling advice. PI Prop Intelligence does not accept wagers, hold funds, or settle outcomes. You are responsible for your decisions and for using the service only where lawful and only if you meet applicable age requirements.

Account responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and do not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the service. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Availability and liability

Sports data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and features may change. Always verify live lines and market rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, use of the service is at your own risk.

For downloads through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
