Delete your account and associated data
You can request account deletion without installing or reinstalling the application. Use the web application or contact our support team below.
Option 1: Delete through the web application
- Open PROP INTELLIGENCE in your browser and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Account and select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE when requested, and confirm. This action is permanent.
If you use Sign in with Apple, you may need to sign in with Apple again before deletion.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email propsintell@gmail.com with the subject PROP INTELLIGENCE account deletion request. Include the email address associated with your PI account and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
Send the request from your account email where possible. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing it to prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or identity documents in the initial email. The email link opens your email application; you must send the message to submit the request.
What the request covers
Account deletion covers your PI sign-in account and eligible associated personal data, including account profile information, saved research selections and slips, and associated community content. Support can also review requests to delete specific information without closing your entire account.
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or billing disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Support can explain which exceptions apply to your request. Deletion does not remove copies of content that other users have independently saved.
Subscriptions
Deleting your PI account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Google Play, Apple, or another purchase platform. Manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it to stop future renewals.
